Clause 20

Amendment of section 15

Section 15 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a Pioneer Generation Appeals Panel” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “an Appeals Panel”; (b)by deleting paragraph (b) of subsection (1) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)one or more deputy chairpersons; and”;

(c)

by deleting the words “and not more than 8 other individuals” in subsection (1)(c); and

(d)

by deleting the words “Pioneer Generation” in subsections (2) and (3) and in the section heading.
