Clause 13

The Planning Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 39, the following section:“Remission of development charge39A. The Minister may, in his discretion and subject to such terms and conditions as he may determine, remit, wholly or in part, the development charge payable by any person if he is satisfied that it is just and equitable to do so.”.
