Conservation guidelines

Clause 11
(1)
The competent authority may from time to time issue guidelines for the conservation of buildings or land within a conservation area and for the protection of their setting.
(2)
The competent authority shall publish and make available copies of such guidelines for free inspection and for sale at a reasonable cost to the public.
