Clause 19
Rectification of errors and omissions
(1)
The validity of any written permission granted under this Part shall not be affected by any error in or omission of any particulars relating to the description of any land or boundary if the location and identity of the land are not in question.
(2)
The competent authority may at any time rectify any such error or omission by —
(a)
notification in the Gazette; or
(b)
amending or adding to the written permission to correct any matter erroneously entered or omitted.
