Regulation 12

The competent authority shall, before a hearing or public inquiry, publish a notice by advertisement of the day, time and place of the hearing or public inquiry and the name of the person or persons appointed by the Minister to preside thereat.

The competent authority shall, before the publication of the notice by advertisement under paragraph (1), send a certified copy thereof to those persons whose objections to or whose representations concerning the proposal for the amendment to the Master Plan are to be heard at the hearing or public inquiry and such other persons as the competent authority considers to have a special interest in the subject of the hearing or public inquiry.
