Regulation 5

Objections and representations

Any objection to or representation concerning a proposal for an amendment to the Master Plan shall be in writing and shall be —

(a)

submitted to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of National Development within the period specified under rule 4(a); and

(b)

accompanied by a statement of the reasons or explanations therefor.
