Clause 7

Section 25 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection:“(4) Where this section provides to a police officer relief from liability, the section shall also extend to apply to a forensic specialist assisting that police officer in the course of his duty as a forensic specialist in accordance with section 65B.”.
