Clause 23
Section 65 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “within the port and the approaches to the port” in paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting in each case the words “within the territorial waters of Singapore”;
(b)
by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (b); and
(c)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (c) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(d)by notification in the Gazette, declare the berths, locations, anchorages and fairways which may be used by vessels and the areas which are prohibited or restricted areas.”.
