Clause 12
Where a preservation order is made in respect of any structure that appears to the Board to be occupied as a dwelling-house and that structure has not been vested in the Board or the Government, as the case may be, then, if the structure is not acquired under the Land Acquisition Act (Cap. 152) within the period of one year from the date of the preservation order, the preservation order shall cease to have effect in relation to that structure.
