Clause 21
(1)
Where the Director or a Monument Inspector considers it necessary or expedient for any actual or apprehended contravention of the provisions of this Act to be restrained by injunction, he may apply to the High Court for an injunction, whether or not he has exercised or is proposing to exercise any of his other powers under this Act.
(2)
Where the Director or a Monument Inspector applies for an injunction under subsection (1), the High Court —
(a)
shall not be bound to require an undertaking in damages from him; and
(b)
may grant such injunction as it thinks appropriate in the circumstances.
