Clause 25

Amendment of section 67

Section 67 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting “$1,000” in subsection (2) and substituting “$1,500”; and

(b)

by deleting subsection (3) and substituting the following subsection:“(3) The offence under subsection (2) shall be a seizable offence within the meaning of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 68).”.
