Applicant to be notified of decision on application
Subregulation 1
If a community declaration includes an application for a community certificate, the Committee must notify the applicant of its decision on the application as soon as practicable, and in any case no later than the day before nomination day.
Subregulation 2
Notice of the Committee’s decision to reject an application for a community certificate must be given in Form 3.
