Forms of postal voting papers
Subregulation 1
For the purposes of the Act —
(a)
a postal ballot paper must be in Form PV 1 in the Second Schedule;
(b)
a return envelope must be in Form PV 2 in the Second Schedule; and
(c)
the QR code on a return envelope must comply with regulation 24(4).
Subregulation 2
Section 23(2) and (3) of the Act does not apply to or in relation to a postal ballot paper.
