The Assistant Returning Officer for a special polling station, or a presiding officer at the special polling station authorised by the Assistant Returning Officer must —
(a)
ensure that there are enough facilities provided at a special polling station for the conduct of a poll; and
(b)
determine how the facilities for voting at a special polling station are to be distributed among the electors entitled to vote at that station.
