Regulation 35
Opening of ballot boxes from special polling stations
The Assistant Returning Officer or senior presiding officer for a special polling station must ensure that every ballot box from that station in an election is kept in safe custody and not opened until the votes cast at the special polling station in the election are to be counted in accordance with regulation 36.
