Supplementary list of nursing home electors
Subregulation 1
This regulation applies if the Returning Officer is informed by the operator of a nursing home where a special polling station is established that one or more electors have become in‑patients or residents of the nursing home during the period —
starting the day on which the principal list of nursing home electors for that special polling station is certified under regulation 5(3); and (b)ending 2 days before polling day.
Subregulation 2
The Returning Officer must allot those electors to the special polling station.
Subregulation 3
A supplementary list of nursing home electors for the special polling station must be prepared, stating the number, name and description of every elector allotted under paragraph (2).
Subregulation 4
The numbers, names and descriptions of those electors must be —
extracted from the certified registers of electors for all electoral divisions; and
matched with the names of those in‑patients or residents provided by the operator of the nursing home under paragraph (1).
Subregulation 5
A supplementary list of nursing home electors must be certified as accurate by the Registration Officer on or before the eve of polling day.
