Amendment of section 11

Section 11 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “the Legislative Assembly” wherever they appear therein and substituting therefor the word “Parliament”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “Legislative Assembly” appearing in the marginal note thereto and substituting therefor the word “Parliament”.
