Clause 6

Section 9(3) of the Pension Fund Act (Cap. 224A) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “established under that Act” in the last line, the words “and to all public officers who opted in favour of joining the Occupational Superannuation Scheme under the Prevention of Corruption Act (Cap. 241)”.
