Clause 23

The Minister may exempt any ship trading or proceeding to or from a port or place outside Singapore waters from the provisions of sections 9 and 10 of this Act.

Any exemption granted by the Minister under the provisions of this section may be granted subject to such conditions as the Minister thinks fit; the exemption shall not have effect unless those conditions are complied with.
