Clause 25
Where the owner, the master or the agent of a ship has been convicted of an offence under the provisions of this Act or any regulations made thereunder and any fine imposed in respect of the conviction is not paid at the time ordered by the court, the court shall, in addition to any power for enforcing payment, have the power to direct the amount remaining unpaid to be levied by distress and sale of the ship, her tackle, furniture and apparel.
