Clause 14
In the PSPM Act, in section 19 —
(a)
in the section heading, replace “and terrorism financing” with “, terrorism financing and financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction”;
(b)
in subsection (1), replace “and terrorism financing” with “, terrorism financing and the financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction”; and
(c)
in subsection (2), replace paragraph (b) with —“(b)be appropriate, having regard to —
(i)
the risks of money laundering, terrorism financing and financing the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction; and
(ii)
the size of the regulated dealer’s business.”.
