Amendment of section 36
In the PSPM Act, in section 36(a) —
(a)
in sub‑paragraph (iv), replace “money laundering or terrorism financing offence” with “relevant offence”; and
(b)
in sub‑paragraph (v), replace “relating to the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing; or” with — “relating to —
(A)
the prevention of money laundering; (B)the prevention of terrorism financing; or (C)the prevention of the financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction; or”.
