Amendment of section 70A
In the Legal Profession Act 1966, in section 70A(1), replace “facilitate either or both money laundering and the financing of terrorism.” with — “facilitate one or more of the following: (a)money laundering; (b)the financing of terrorism; (c)the financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.”.
