Section 55 of the Prisons Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (47), the following paragraph:“(47A) any breach by a prisoner subject to a home detention order under section 38B of the conditions of the order other than conduct constituting an aggravated prison offence specified in section 56;”.
