Amendment of section 50V
Section 50V of the Prisons Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (4), the following subsection:“(5) The notice mentioned in subsection (4) must be served —
(a)
by delivering it personally to the person; or
(b)
by any other means that may be prescribed.”.
