Clause 2

The long title to the Professional Engineers Act (called in this Act the principal Act) is amended by deleting the words “professional engineers and to regulate corporations, partnerships and limited liability partnerships” and substituting the words “persons that carry out professional engineering work, and to regulate corporations, partnerships, limited liability partnerships and limited partnerships”.
