Amendment of section 21

Section 21 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “ceases” in the first line of subsection (5), the words “to be vacant or”;

(b)

by deleting “$500” in subsection (7) and substituting “$1,000”; and

(c)

by deleting “$1,000” in the fourth line of subsection (8) and substituting “$2,000”.
