Amendment of section 23

Section 23(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “section 14 or 20” in the 2nd and 3rd lines and substituting the words “section 20A”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “Part” in the 5th line and substituting the word “Act”.
