Regulation 3

Application of Order

Subregulation 1

This Order shall apply to —

(a)

any commercial property; and

(b)

any hotel room in any hotel.

Subregulation 2

Where any question arises as to whether any premises are premises referred to in sub-paragraph (1), it shall be determined by the Comptroller whose decision shall be final.
