Regulation 2

Exemption

The following prescribed internet intermediaries are exempt from sections 21(2)(a) and (b) and 22(2)(a) of the Act:

(a)

Baidu, Inc., in respect of Baidu;

(b)

Google LLC, in respect of Google Search.
