Clause 17

Any application, licence, notice, order or document issued or made under the principal Act before the date of commencement of this Act shall be deemed to be an application, licence, notice, order or document issued or made under the principal Act as amended by this Act.

In any written law and in any document, any reference to the Public Entertainments Act shall be construed as a reference to the Public Entertainment and Meetings Act.
