Meetings
Subregulation 1
At a meeting of the Public Entertainment Appeal Board, 3 members form a quorum.
Subregulation 2
A decision at a meeting of the Public Entertainment Appeal Board must be decided by a majority of votes and, in the event of an equality of votes, the chairperson has a casting vote.
Subregulation 3
The secretary must keep minutes of all proceedings of the Public Entertainment Appeal Board.
