Definitions
In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires —“chairperson” means the chairperson of the Public Entertainment Appeal Board appointed under section 20(1) of the Act;“member” means a member of the Public Entertainment Appeal Board appointed under section 20(1) of the Act;“secretary” means the secretary to the Public Entertainment Appeal Board appointed under section 20(3) of the Act;“vice-chairperson” means the vice-chairperson of the Public Entertainment Appeal Board appointed under section 20(1) of the Act.
