The website https://www.police.gov.sg/Business-E-Services/Apply-for-Public-Entertainment-Licence is prescribed for the purpose of section 5(3) of the Act (relating to criteria and requirements to be satisfied by an applicant for a licence).

Subregulation 2
Where an application for a licence is made by a company or firm, the application shall be made jointly with the person to whom the company or firm desires the licence to be issued.

A licensee may, at any time, apply to the Licensing Officer to amend the name or address of the specified establishment stated in the licence.
