Panels
A Personnel Board may, from time to time, if it considers it necessary, having regard to the procedure, the number of posts, grades, the number of officers or persons involved and the time which may be taken in respect of a promotion or recruitment exercise, establish one or more panels to assist it in the performance of its functions.
