Amendment of section 28
Section 28 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “bus service licences” in subsection (2)(a) and (b), the words “, bus service operator’s licences and ticket payment service licences”;
(b)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (g) of subsection (2) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(h)to prescribe anything that is required to be prescribed under this Act.”; and
(c)
by deleting “$1,000” in subsection (3) and substituting “$5,000”.
