Amendment of section 4
Section 4 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)to receive and consider applications for the grant of bus service licences, bus service operator’s licences and ticket payment service licences;”; and
(b)
by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting the following paragraph:“(c)to regulate bus services, bus service operators, ticket payment services and bus, taxi and rapid transit system fares; and”.
