Clause 12

Deletion and substitution of heading to Part V

Part V of the principal Act is amended by deleting the Part heading and substituting the following Part heading and Division heading:“BUS FARES, TAXI FARE PRICING POLICIES AND TRAIN FARES Division 1 — General”.
