Amendment of section 10

Subsection (3) of section 10 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the expression “section 4 of the Trustees Ordinance,” appearing in the fifth line thereof and substituting therefor the word “law”; and

(b)

by deleting the marginal note “Cap. 34.” thereto.
