Amendment of section 23

Section 23(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “interest” in paragraph (g), the words “and income from investments”;

(b)

by deleting the words “reserve fund” in paragraph (i) and substituting the words “Reserve Fund”; and

(c)

by deleting the full‑stop at the end of paragraph (j) and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(k)the manner of authorisation of an agent by the Public Trustee under section 4(8) and the powers and duties of the agent.”.
