Clause 13

by inserting, immediately after the words “water main” wherever they appear in subsection (1), the words “or connecting pipe”; (b)by inserting, immediately after the words “water main,” wherever they appear in subsections (4) and (5), the words “connecting pipe,”; and

by inserting, immediately after subsection (7), the following subsection: “(8) In this section, a reference to a “water main” or “connecting pipe” includes, for a water main or connecting pipe situated beneath the seabed, any protective armour or casing surrounding the water main or connecting pipe.”.
