Clause 10
In the principal Act, in section 33 —
(a)
replace the section heading with —“Removal of obstruction above or in vicinity of water installation”;
(b)
in subsections (1) and (2)(b)(ii), replace “water main, connecting pipe or meter” wherever it appears with “water installation”; and
(c)
after subsection (2), insert —“(3) To avoid doubt, the Board may exercise its powers under subsection (2)(b) whether or not any proceedings have been started, or any conviction has been obtained, pursuant to subsection (2)(a).”.
