Clause 53

Additional terms of supply of electricity

Any public electricity licensee may require any person who requires a supply of electricity to accept in respect of the supply —

(a)

any condition requiring the person to provide sufficient premises and to construct rooms, buildings or structures as may be considered necessary by the licensee to accommodate and house the electrical plant required for the purposes of the supply;

(b)

any condition giving the licensee or a public licensee authorised to transmit electricity the right to use the premises, rooms, buildings or structures provided or constructed under paragraph (a) as the licensee or the public licensee thinks fit; and

(c)

any restriction which must be imposed for the purpose of enabling the licensee or a public licensee authorised to transmit electricity to comply with the regulations.
