Clause 44

Notwithstanding any written approval given by the Board under section 41, the Board shall not be liable in any circumstances for any loss, damage or cost sustained by any person as a result of any default, negligence, breach or other wrongful act or omission of any approved person or any agent or employee of the approved person.
