Clause 4
The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 2, the following section:“Application of Act to Government2A.—
(1)
Except as provided in subsection (2), Parts III to VIII and X and regulations made for the purposes of these Parts shall bind and apply to the Government.
(2)
Nothing in this Act shall render the Government liable to prosecution for an offence.”.
