Clause 15
Maintenance of records, etc.
(1)
Every licensee, and every person who has been granted any approval by the Director-General under this Act, shall —
(a)
keep and maintain such records in such form and manner, and containing such information, as may be prescribed; and
(b)
prepare and give to the Director-General such periodic reports and such special reports relating to the activity licensed or approved as may be prescribed or as the Director-General may, from time to time, direct.
(2)
Any person who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.
