Clause 22
(1)
The Director-General may, by notice in writing, issue directions to any person for the purpose of facilitating any inspection under this Part.
(2)
Any person who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes any direction given by the Director-General under subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
