Clause 41

The Agency may, subject to the general or special directions of the Minister, either permanently or for such period as the Agency thinks fit, by regulations exempt any person, premises, material or thing, or any class thereof, from all or any of the provisions of this Act, subject to such terms or conditions as may be prescribed.
