Powers of Authority
of Rapid Transit Systems (Creation of Rights) (No. 2) Notification 2011
Subregulation 1
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railways known as the North-South Line and East-West Line for Jurong East MRT Station, enter upon the railway areas in the lands described in the First Schedule and exercise such rights as are described in the Second Schedule in, under or over those areas of those lands.
Subregulation 2
The rights created under this Notification shall be in addition to such rights as have been created under the Mass Rapid Transit Corporation (Creation of Rights) (No. 2) Notification 1988 (G.N. No. S 345/1988) in respect of the lands described in the First Schedule.
