Powers of Authority
Subregulation 1
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railway, enter upon the railway areas in the land shaded and marked as TS07 Lot 00278X PT on the plan made available for inspection under paragraph 3 (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the area of land.
Subregulation 2
This Notification shall apply in addition to such rights created under the Rapid Transit Systems (Creation of Rights) (No. 2) Notification 2002 (G.N. No. S 289/2002).
